JOAN HENRY

THE WORLD’S GREATEST HERO

Joan Henry, the World’s Greatest Hero

Long before the world knew Joan Henry as its greatest hero, she was a sickly child who found beauty in discarded metal. Growing up around her father’s scrapyard, Joan transformed rusted machinery, broken steel, and forgotten parts into remarkable works of art. She understood metal instinctively—where it would bend, where it would break, and what it could become.

Everything changed when an ancient hammer chose her. Known as Driver, the weapon is the personal forge hammer of Ogun, Orisha of iron, tools, technology, labor, and war. As Joan grew, Driver grew with her—awakening tremendous strength, durability, gravity manipulation, flight, supernatural smithing, and divine forge-fire. In her hands, a sculptor’s tool became one of the most powerful weapons on Earth.

Governments trust her. Children idolize her. First responders know that when buildings fall, cities flood, or Meta-Naturals lose control, Joan Henry will be there—not simply battling the threat, but lifting the wreckage and saving the person trapped underneath. Her power may shake cities, but her greatest strength is knowing when not to use it.

They were looking for Ogun’s hammer. The hammer was looking for Joan.
